While out on assignment this past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting Ray Goodman on his 17,000 mile hike around the US.

I want to first give some huge props to my friend Matthew Williams for his Pine Ridge Reservation piece that ran in The New York Times today. You can view his article here.  He also has a multimedia piece as well.   I was lucky enough to have worked with Williams on another piece in Pine Ridge S.D. a few months back and some of the video I shot ran in The New York Times piece, which you can view here.  Again I want to say thanks and CONGRATS to Mr. Williams a truly talented visual journalist.

Sorry for the slow updates!  I have recently moved to Palmdale, Calif., and my new apartment still does not have internet. **sigh** I have been living in Palmdale for about two week now, where I have recently became a full time staff photographer for the Antelope Valley Press.  It’s a family owned newspaper with a circulation around 89,000 daily.  It’s only been about a week and a half but it has been pretty busy.  Here are some images from an assignment I covered today.  Sir Richard Branson and Virgin Galactic unveiled the new SpaceShipTwo at the Mojave Air and Space Port in Mojave, Calif. It was pretty crazy but I had fun. I hope to be back in the swing of posting regularly in a week or two so check back soon. Thanks for looking!!!

Clayton Addison and I teamed up to shoot a wedding a couple of weeks back.  I got to hang out with the groom side while Clayton covered the bride’s side.  Here are just a few of my favorites.  I have to add this was one of the funniest weddings I have ever shot. Congrats to Roy and Sonya!!!!
